Well first there's the lawyers to pay to fight the ASIC, then also pay them to fight any class action. The lawyers would I assume have to be arms length and not associated with any board members. That's before you get to any compensation. And that's ignoring any loss of confidence with customers, associates, engineering companies, potential new board members. And that's ignoring the cost of developing the thing like they should have been doing all along, and that if it did occur would be at the end of a very long road.
