I like your enthusiasm - but doesn't it bother you a little that WPL has slid and ROC has been flat during this lead up to the Banda results. We can all speculate (and I have) on why HDR might have run up over the last few days (best leverage, corporate moves etc), but the fall in WPL still concerns me.

What's your take on this? Is the news so tightly controlled that nobody knows anything? Then why the recent HDR action???
