I've been thinking about farm in partners or more precisely how it will happen. Imo we are too late for a regular farm in where a % of WI is transferred to another party. The reason I say this is I'm not even sure Ivz have a JOA which would require gov approval, I don't believe a JV agreement is in place either and I believe they would take longer to get approved than we have to drilling.....given how long it seems to be taking for gazetting of the new lease that they have known about for months....you can see the point. What does this mean? I think a new party will come onboard as an indirect holder. Ivz could just sell a portion of the holding company which requires no approval. I think this is very likely now Imo.
