You do realise that if the Chinese were to get a controlling stake in this, they'll eventually weed AVZ out. They will have absolutely no interest in providing a return for non-chinese investors. They'll process and sell spod at cost to their downstream (Chinese) chemical counterparts.
I hope you've thought this through.
I'm not here to argue what percentage AVZ is entitled to, but anything less than 50% will be the death of them eventually.
