The recent turnover has been INCREDIBLY TINY - just someone being impatient or needing cash etc.
There are more than 900 Million shares in Cokal - a turnover of less than 9 Million in a week is tiny !! (565,370 today, by the way)
The time for takeovers has long passed.
The major shareholder would need to fork out A$175Million at 22c & take ALL the risk.
The first 20% has cost them less than $10Million plus a $20Million loan at a huge rate of return and a SHARED risk.
They have control and they expect a MASSIVE Return on Investment.
They don't need the rest of the shares !
They just need to get this into production & reap the rewards, as do we all.
In my opinion - be patient and let Karan & Eddie & Dom get this happening.
If you are able to get some cheap shares in the meantime, WELL DONE !
