MGT have laid out a plan for a relatively low cost funding model to get the project up and running, with the option of stage 2 and stage 3 expansion plans to increase throughput/output. Given the fundamentals of this project, and size of resource, imagine if someone with deep pockets said, let’s skip phase 1, and go straight with option 2 or 3, resulting in a higher initial output, lower break-even costs and a faster pay back period.

They are taking a conservative, and sensible approach to get this project into production, but if IO has another run, imagine the possibilities if additional funding starts flowing their way. All of a sudden, the project becomes even more attractive.
