In the end the value of a company is based on profit. You can talk about new paradigms, game changers, disrupters and so on, but in the end there must be profit. And a non profitable or low profit company buying loss making companies does not lead easily to profit.
If you can see a path to a profit before tax of over $5 billion within 3 years, then sure hold at this price. It needed a profit of $8 billion to justify its peak price. This requires a result 10 times better than it achieved in its best ever qtr. and about a billion times better than its current yearly result.
