..no no..there are holes drilled in the bottom of the horizontal pipe..just cant see them in the pic...but good point tho ,i may angle is away a bit more....going to silicone along the entire length of the flashing ( its a bit rough theyve just used the old flashing when they extended off the back)...next trip down because it facing the prevailing weather and winds...
