Guys, are we certain that resolution 3 should be for or against, i had a thought that the motive might be to get rid of max and keep the other guy???? Having the other guy at arms length in China and removing Max might make sense. I read some of gimme's comments that he (Max) acted like an A'hole at last AGM anyway. Do they actually want that guy around?
