I thought CVN's share of the CAPEX was US$400 mil, not $550 mil. Also today's exchange rate is 0.68c, though for this exercise I used your figures.
So using your calculations with a CAPEX of US$400, CVN would be 37.2c/share. A little more than slightly under-priced.
