If the ownership is so clear cut and the Zing-Ping claim so without merit, why is AVZ taking 2 weeks out to finalise and release an announcement about it? The lawyers must be up to their eyeballs reviewing something quite intricate. No smoke without fire, no smell without s**t. AVZ can't just stay suspended because trading would see them crash on a choppy market, everyone else is out there trading.
