I definitely agree with you on this Chand.
VYR is one of the whales who I assume voted yes for this today. I didn't even bother to vote no, as it wouldn't have mattered.
The issue is a lot of whales bought in at 6 cents. And are already up 6-700%. So they don't want to upset the leadership. In case they start up another company or something i'm assuming.
So that's why we are stagnated here. Had the share rights not been approved, we would have jumped significantly, like AMP did a few years back.
It was short sighted to give performance rights at 30-40's. Any realistic target is $1 +.
