These kinds of projects take time. It's as simple as that.
Speculators come and go, but if you believe that the business model is good and that the demand for the product is there... Just hang on. IMO demand isn't going anywhere, even if we enter a recession in 2023-2024, demand will be there. I wish I had more cash to throw in tbh.
