I agree with your AUD gold price being maintained and the oversold part. I bought some today at $1.28.
The downside thou is Westgold unfortunately aren’t getting the current gold price for most of the production. Here’s last qtr gold sales, losing around $200 oz to the closing spot price.... And then the graph showing this qtr 45,000oz has to be delivered into the hedge ... avg hedge price is $2381 oz.
The upside is the profile is improving.
“Actual gold sales for the quarter were 55,489oz at an improved achieved gold price of $2,385/oz generating revenue of $132M. Unsold bullion on hand at the end of the quarter comprised of 10,395oz, valued at $27M at the closing spot price of $2,596/oz.”
