The directors actually have no idea what's going on in the company... like the advisors who signed off on the prospectus. this company is going to run out of money in the next 12-18 months. they can't raise capital because there are multiple class actions and the former CEO's claim pending. if any of these are successful the company wont have the cash to pay let alone cover the increasing loss due to declining revenue and increasing costs. if I held shares I'd sell and get whatever I could.
