Irrelevant really hospitals will only order on the guesstimate cases they experience each year and top on usage, private practice ditto, they all know their businesses patient loading and if the storage is two years that is plenty of time. Different of coarse for the Military and Bardia because they must stockpile for events that may occur and if the two year is up they have two re-stock with the entire lot, a good little earner there.
Still a good investment because of its future earning capacity, even if the markets are really down. Cant say the same for that bitcoin no earnings and high risk, just look at it now.

Its not likely that they would order 2 years worth of stock and then wait till it all expires and re-order it. They would keep a rolling inventory that would probably reorder a portion of the supply every 3-6 months and dispose of expired stock when it arrives.
