Transitioning the company into what exactly than other paying higher interest rates ?
The recent move into corporate debt collection is a high cost and low margin business .
This company has had two decades to find a business model that creates a regular consistent income and has 20 years of transitioning !
The problem is the business model is way too reliant on Government interference in terms of restricting litigation funding . Australia is a case in point in the way Government policy has interfered with the business here .
