Good post Goldy. It all really started with the response to the GFC, IMO.
The GFC happened for a particular reason - excesses had built into the economic system and as is normal, the system was about to get rid of the excesses. But NAH, Ruddsky and other world leaders were going to put a stop to this and shovelled vast amounts of money to stop it - and so it came to pass. The excesses will be cleaned out and it won't be pretty.
