i think a couple of the concerns the market has here are that production growth will likely be fairly flat into next financial year (probably around 100k ounces -60k Peak, 30-35 Dargues, 5-10 Hera ) and all cash produced will go directly into paying for great Cobar and Federation. So really will be negligible cash build until sometime in FY24 or FY25 IMO. I read somewhere that Federation capex will likely be well in excess of 100M plus to get the plant upgraded
