    An article in the Manila Bulletin on the 14th May states that the DOE Philippines said that only 2 LNG projects reaching completion- 4 delayed.

    Their comment on EWC was "while the long-delayed project of Energy World Corporation (EWC) has no certainty yet as to its timeline".
