Unless I am missing something but I can’t see any connection or reference/inference to SYA, it could be anything relating to infrastructure in the Quebec region.
Also the fact remains that only Authier is subject to an EIS, Tansim is only at the exploration stage with no defined resource and appears to be currently put on ice. So I think it is very unlikely the minister would be asking to include Tansim in any environmental study st this stage.
