Interesting.
Its so hard to make any prediction if it comes to silver, it seems like it doesn't follow any pattern.
Its appears to be very unsexy commodity, whether this will change one day ... who knows.
There are a few commodities, for example, Tanzanite ( one of the rarest and most beautiful gemstones) which price appears to be suppressed/ manipulated similarly, to silver.
It might be a good, speculative investment.
