I tried to make myself see value in Farmbuy and presumably there might be in years to come but it was just too big a project for little old PSZ.

I assume the raise is for working capital for AssetVision. The new institutional investors will be imposing some discipline on the company, which is one of the benefits of a little company getting them on the register. It’s also a positive if the institutions (or new ones) are prepared to put more money in,

Here we were on HC, almost 100% against it and thinking it was sure to destroy value. I was sure they must have some superior knowledge about what was going on, and how at least those shareholders were going to be better off. Yes there was the buy back, but that was after all the dilution and farmbuy destroying value. So the bid holders didn't have a clue after all.
Yes the old management were dills, but the ones brought in by farmbuy weren't any better. Asset Vision is still a bright light but don't know if that can make up for the negatives.

I wonder what the raising is for? Working capital to pay for all the chiefs that have been brought in, or does someone have a new big idea to spend the cash on?
