yep agree - look at last quarterly - shows what was projected to be spent next quarter - from memory they only had 2-3 quarters at the most so CR will be required by years end IMO. But won't surprose me if they await any uptick then take the opportunity to sneak one in then like last time. So they better roll out CONCRETE good news and not the fluffy wisp of wind stuff that gets blown away so very easily once the money is in the coffers!!
and IMO change in CEO may help as well!!!!all imo
