Lost opportunities over the last two years are absolutely scary. I am hoping for an SP recovery. Be great to get a good announcement that will start the process of turning things around.
What we don't need right now is the dilution of the company value by 5% because of premature moves by the BOD to line their own pockets at the expense of shareholders. Still suggest that a strong NO vote will send a clear message.
