This bit from the release says heaps in my opinion "This will also likely increase emissions in the world's third-biggest polluter, since the manufacture of cement produces carbon dioxide."
If Adani could make the cement last longer by using EdenCrete then that would effectively mean that they have reduced their Carbon footprint.
