I understand why you perceive ASM as having the weaker hand when dealing with SK. But there is a mountain on money and increasing interest being shown from the US now. That lurking threat (to SK dominance) will keep ASM in control for now I feel. The big long term money is not in Dubbo but rather the metals business with any metals plant churning out $40M EBITDA for a $40M capex! The Koreans potentially have 30% of KMO but a very much smaller share of the other plants to come.
