yeah trump had them going backwards with his outdated restrictions. the obama government loosened the restrictions then trump reinstated them as soon as he got in. but great to see this. when i travelled through cuba in 2016 the country was buzzing and there was so much optimism. hopefully this announcement brings that back for the cuban people and their economy
