My understanding from the 4Corners presentation, CORE has one too many pieces to deal with.
The tailings dam leaks and they have not been successful in rectifying the problem given two years to deal with it.
Stuff like this could end up shutting the operation down until fixed and then the recommission comes with all kinds of conditions.
Could be a real headache trying to jump through NEW environmental hoops that are not presently there.
