At best, EPA sign off by December, at best, plant built by June 2023. At best, product flowing then.

Based on world supply chain issues and past performance with timetables, I would add some "realism" into the equation. I would add at least 6 months to that.

Unless Bruce grows some and starts procurring and or building prior to epa sign off but I doubt he will do that.

Bruce, if you are confident you can get across the line with the EPA, then start buying "stuff" for the plant now. Probably would go on back order anyway and not be ready for yonks - someone else to blame I guess.
