This is a farce to call AGL as being a listed public company…we need to change the Corp Act where individual Shareholders should decided the direction of a company, not votes based on shareholdings.
This twit has ample opportunities to invest in multiple private structures!
Should a company category or being listed as, "Public" be simply being based on the manner that it funded.
It time to pester ur local member to alter the corp Act to represent the Mum and Dad investor’s in a public company.
