Timelines are hard to predict. My guess would be that if the tribes appeal the BLM decision the court hearing would take place within 1 year of the decision, maybe 10 months. This is just speculation on my part which is based on my experience with hearing timelines in Australia. AZL may make a settlement offer immediately after the appeal is lodged which could result in the matter being resolved shortly after the BLM decision. But again this is just a guess. So in a nutshell, my answer to your query is 1 year.
