Very true ..word from Central QLD fields is that they cannot supply orders ,even second strippings are in high demand and forward contracts are subject to shipping availability.
(Don’t know where all those loaded carriers supposedly lying off Shanghai are now.)
While Vietnam and Phillipines are actively trying to reduce dependence on Coal ,but at this stage no immediate alternative as all O&G is also pre sold, so old coal looking good for a while yet.
