Stage 1 is fully funded, and yes eventually all the options will get exercise, the most recent issued have a 90c strike! What i think is very important and agree with you on the staged approach (gives tremendous amount of confidence for buyers, that production is real and creates alot of credibility / goodwill), but also dont forget cashflow brings a who new investor group. Many funds cannot invest in something that has zero cashflow.
