yes true, but when ever have we seen things moved at turbo speed in the DRC. I'm sure FT et al want this put to be pretty quickly, but they would also need all the mesh tied up and no openings for bugs to crawl through ; all departments have policies and procedures they need to go through; coming out of suspension with all the bells and whistles would be great! maybe a bit optimistic though
