No matter the outcome and despite knowing AVZ is innocent of any wrongdoing whatsoever, sentiment towards this project and the DRC unfortunately will suffer IMO. My opinion only is that suspension will be extended, legal debate will go on for months and the value of AVZ will be only a fraction of what it could have been. Is this why Cantor's figures project a P/E of 4? Hope I'm wrong, heavily invested here. At least downside is limited with a MC of US$1.9b.
