Slide 14: Good to see that customers value BTH services and continue to pay up in Q3-FY22. From my undestanding, cash receipt collection is often a Finance function. Let's hope their Sales Dept is performing betterTheir integration work with Salesforce CRM (launched in Jan) and more recently Oracle CRM (in May) makes a lot of sense to make it easy for those users to come on board. Wish they land a few big deals in Q4 due to the above initiatives. Otherwise, their $millions into R&D could be ROI -ve.
