Hi mrinvest05,
A re-loader is someone with a large number of shares to sell who enters the market when there is strong buying occurring. Instead of placing a very large sell order which would spook the market, they release their order in tranches so that as soon as one is filled another one takes its place. I think the current 260,000 for sale @24 is an example and will be replaced by another as soon as it's filled. In the old days large orders were typically listed as "undisclosed". Hope that answers your question.
I mention Ronen as he was a top 20 shareholder who in the past has dumped large numbers of shares when there is solid buying going on. He probably has about 2M left from 4.2M in March 2022.
Cheers
