Agree, because if we came to the table knowing absolutely nothing about SRV and the one line explanation was that it provides 'serviced offices', one could quickly conclude it was old-hat and would lose millions every year and be close to administration.
Instead, the company has been able to stay relevant and be consistently profitable . Alf M (and others including the Chairman) must be thanked for this.
