March is their last notice of change in holding, its not when they sold, once you become a substantial holder you must announce when your holdings change 1% or greater, so the only reason they had to announce today was that they had over 1% change as a substantial holder, if they were still selling I'm not sure if they would have had to announce until the ceased or not?
