I have yet to see anyone post a compelling argument as to why SH should vote no, and I don't see any reason to agree other than hopes, thoughts and prayers that the SP will go up.
With the sale of HCF there is
1. Ability to participate in a new entity without any extra capital outlay, and
2. The new entity having a track record of dividends at a decent yield, and
3. Retaining HUM with a new focus, and
4. HUM paying dividend.
I'm voting yes to all of the boxes.
Unless someone can provide a compelling argument other than 'it's not the right price'
