As everyone can see I said that exact thing when SBB started to be discussed here and then after ICI announced it. It is a waste to CR and then do SBB (I think around from memory around $600k in fees wasted. Open to correction on that number).

That said, I won't be blaming ICI management for the current stock market, and more importantly the Tech sector, route that is going on. Not much they can do about the macro environment. But they need to get down to business, focus heavily on development, marketing/communication and somehow getting announcements through the ASX that are useful and encouraging to investors. They just have to deliver on all these dreams and show us that they are doing such. If they do that the SP will recover and go further in quick time.
