The issue is the half year to December 2021.
Bad debts as a percentage of revenue for FY21 was 31.2% but was 49.2% for the six months to December.
As a percentage of underlying transaction volumes bad debts have increased from 1.3% (H1 FY21) to 3.3% (H1 FY22).
