I drive an EV, and yes you are correct there is very few service requirements and a lot less parts than an ICEV. However, they are also relatively new.
Like anything mechanical, things wear out and break.
EVs still have suspension parts - ball joints, lower and upper control arms, shock absorbers, bushes and so on. Electronical and electronic components, exterior and interior lighting, audio, seats and door trims, seat belts. A braking system that is not as actively used as an ICEV but parts still wear, break and seize.
As the number of EVs increase so will the the requirement for parts and information.
