dugsab, the ONUS in that MOU is for Hanwa to deliver. The balls entirely in Hanwa's court to derive any beneit (potentially many) from their relationship with Lake. If they want to derive those benefits THEY have to do the work. I'm guessing that they WANT that relationship and WILL be delivering enough to warrant Lake signing off on that MOU. Soon know. Might even see an equity factor involved!!!! You've got it all a about!!
