Vince discussed it somewhere, can't remember where exactly, but he said a part of the reason they are building the plant in Geraldton is that it is positioned to be accessible for other future vanadium mines,,, and that it is being built with the goal of it being able to process ore long after **nintha is used up..
It's another part of the 'green' pilosophy, building a plant that is useful for more than just AVL's current resource.
I imagine that was another plus towards winning the grant.
