Sounds to me like that is true, but that is not all, sounds like they will themselves be marketing and selling modules. $35k per annum per MW of Kalina Cycle generating capacity.

The MoU provides a framework by which BOTH PARTIES CAN PROVIDE MODULARIZED PACKAGED SOLUTIONS for markets that are in transition to zero emissions and energy efficient power.

Sound like small $$$? Small modules of 10MW deployed across 100s of sites internationally, vs KPO's current pipeline of 300MW of total power generation in Alberta (roughly 100MW of that would be Kalina Cycle and attract the $35k per MW royalty) and the 10MW Klamath Hills Geothermal plant.

This deal with BH has the possibility to rapidly expand KPO's penetration of the WHP market.

Interesting to hear that things at Klamath Hills appear to be progressing rapidly with it sounding like this project will quickly follow on the heels of Saddle Hills. The last I read initial engineering plans for a 10MW geothermal module was due this quarter.
