    I wonder why Eric is stepping down just after what maybe a major discovery in Rafa 1?? After all these years now is his moment in the sun. Was his resignation from the top job voluntary or was he pushed?? Maybe the JV partner does not have the confidence that his involvement going forward will prove to be fruitful. Guess we will have to wait and see what the new CEO will do.
