I don't think there's much spare cashola floating around at the moment. Too much instability, even after the election, then we must navigate precariously balanced markets and fears of Recession/Stagflation. Look at crypto currently...even though it looks like a great time to buy, I'm remaining on the sidelines.

Need a 25-year FC for IO price. The fact China is laying the foundations to cement a favourable African IO position is FC enough for me.

We may have been caught by the Red, but we'll be first off at the Green.
