Note: The structure of the SPP is very similar to the (very) recent BMN SPP. BMN made a big point of the Directors not getting any allocation so SH could get as much as they could. Even then it was way oversubscribed and it is instructive how they did the scale back if you care to read. In short the bottom levels all got full allocation and the top levels were limited to their existing shareholding. I would encourage people to have a look at the statement BMN made about how they applied their "ratios" for want of a better term. I am not saying that's how AVL would do it, they may have different perspectives.
As always more research is instructive ....... so I would encourage SH to check it out.
